A rigged version of the whale. Multires has been removed to improve rig responsiveness.

I get regular emails asking me if it's OK to use the model and rig in a project. So here are the general rules:

• for non-commercial and personal projects: yes, you can use the whale. Please credit me if you release any footage (or any other type of media, including games, etc.) to the public and email me to let me know about it! Credit: "youtube.com/@CGDive" or "Todor (CGDive)".
• Students: yes, you can use the Model in your portfolio as a part of a larger project. E.g. water simulation, ocean scene featuring a whale, etc. Clearly state that the whale model was not made by you. You are not fooling anyone ;)
• Small/Indie commercial projects: please pay $20~$50 for the whale depending on your budget. Crediting me is not necessary but I would appreciate it. Credit: "youtube.com/@CGDive" or "Todor (CGDive)" . NOTE: it's OK to get the model for free and inspect it and only pay if you decide to use it in your project.
• Larger projects: please pay $100+ for the whale model. Crediting me is optional. NOTE: it's OK to get the model for free and inspect it and only pay if you decide to use it in your project.
